55 ILCS 5/5-1101 (2004) Allows Counties to adopt a mandatory fee of up to $5 to be assessed as provided and deposited into an account specifically for the operation and administration of a teen court, peer court, peer jury, youth court, or other youth diversion program.
705 ILCS 405/5-315 (2000) Authorizes a municipality to create a teen court. 705 ILCS 405/5-301 (2000) Teen court is included as an diversion option from the juvenile court for police officers.
705 ILCS 405/5-160 (2000) A community service provider for teen court will not be held liable for any injury from a teen court participant.
