Position Classification: Computer Operator

Permanent Assignment: Deputy Chief of Staff, Administration

Location: Chicago Office

Salary: $29,856 - $50,100

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides assistance to computer users by maintaining hardware and software for end users. Sets up hardware and software and monitors and controls input and output of computers and peripheral equipment for all automated functions in the office. Answers user questions and requests.

Minimum Qualifications

Requires two years college, vocational or technical school and two years experience in direct computer operations or equivalent combination of education and experience. Attendance is an essential function of this position. Ability to maintain satisfactory working relationships with other employees and the general public required.

Hours of Work: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Monday - Friday)
